Approving artwork
All artwork will be sent to you digitally in screen resolution within 3 working days from submitting your order for approval by email. Once your artwork has been approved by return of email, the artwork will be printed and framed within the next 3 working days and despatched to you by Royal Mail 2nd class signed for post. Your tracking number will be emailed to you.
Your approval of the emailed proof marks your acceptance that this artwork is correct and approval is given to send this artwork to the final print for final production. You (the client) are responsible for any changes, edits or corrections needed that differ from this proof, which may or may not result in additional fees or reprint charges.
